I’m Amrinder Pannu, the proud owner of ASP Advisory Professional Corporation.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Growing up, I came from a family of business owners and witnessed first hand how excellent advisory services and sound financial advice helped improve the lives of those around me.

It inspired me to enter the tax and accounting world, so I trained as an accountant. Once I qualified as a CPA, I joined the Canada Revenue Agency as an officer in 2008. I later went on to assist top companies in fulfilling compliance obligations.

During this period, I witnessed how hard individuals worked for their money, which motivated me to fight for them. Consequently, after ten years of representing enterprises at CRA audits and appeals, I decided to go solo.

With a mission to fuel the long-term financial success of clients and enable them to achieve their unique dreams, I launched my accounting firm in 2018.

Over the past two years, I’ve grown my company to a team of five professionals to serve my clients better. I enjoy resolving tax challenges and complexities, including CRA and CBSA refunds, and GST/HST & QST refunds.

I’m committed to delivering exemplary results for clients, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my five core values.

It includes possessing strong leadership skills, working as a cohesive team with clients, being action-orientated, creating optimum solutions, and displaying technical excellence in all guidance and recommendations.

These attributes have made me successful. As a result, when I’m able to overturn CRA assessments and eliminate unnecessary tax bills that save hundreds of thousands of dollars, it fills me with immense satisfaction. Furthermore, all the savings I make for clients are pumped back into other parts of the business, making them more profitable.

When I’m not analyzing financial statements, I love playing soccer (especially before the COVID-19 quarantine). I also like golfing at Oakville’s beautiful courses and getting out to explore new campsites around the GTA.

Besides, my mum is a cancer survivor, and she inspired me to give back as much as possible. I’ve completed the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer on multiple occasions and continue to look out for events where I can have fun and support noble causes.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
